It includes key aspects such as creative thinking, leadership skills, communication skills, personal attributes, and analysis, among others. These characteristics support employer confidence in human capital, ensuring that the human resource has the required knowledge, skills, and competencies in line with the needs of institutions and employers.
They are pathways that range from one to eight, with each pathway containing a general description of the intended learning outcomes in terms of required knowledge, skills, and competencies.
Professional certifications are designed based on the difficulty and depth of learning outcomes, with deeper learning outcomes and targeted professional competencies as you move up the levels.
In the third millennium, knowledge and skills have grown significantly, leading to the emergence of new jobs and specialties requiring diverse skills. Countries focused on developing human resources by enhancing competency-based education and competency-based employment.
